2006 Global Award for Outstanding Cancer Organisation goes to Tata Memorial Centre of India

The 2006 Global Award for an Outstanding Cancer Organisation instituted by the International Union for Cancer Control (UICC) has been given to the Tata Memorial Centre in Mumbai.
The Award, for demonstrated excellence in cancer control within and beyond India’s borders, was given at the annual meeting of the UICC held in Washington D.C. on July 7, 2006.

Lifetime Achievement Award by ZAGBA
Khorshed and Firoze Jungalwala were presented with a lifetime achievement award at the Zoroastrian Association of Greater Boston Area (ZAGBA) Navroze function on Saturday, March 25th, 2006 in Sudbury, Massachusetts.
Over 120 guests from Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New Hampshire, and New York were on hand to honor the couple. Khorshed and Firoze’s son, Jehangir and his wife Pam were also present.
